١. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات حسابك
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف
- كلمة المرور — تُخزَّن مُجزّأة (hashed) ولا يمكننا قراءتها
- اسم المنشأة وبياناتها: العنوان، المدينة، الدولة، المنطقة الزمنية، العملة، الشعار
- تاريخ آخر تسجيل دخول
بيانات النزلاء التي تُدخلها أنت
أنت من يُدخل هذه البيانات، وأنت المسؤول عن الحصول على موافقة نزلائك عليها:
- الاسم، الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، الجنسية، اللغة المفضّلة
- رقم الهوية وصورتها — اختياريان، ويُعامَلان كبيانات حسّاسة
- اسم الشركة، عنوان الفوترة، الرقم الضريبي، ملاحظات
- تفاصيل الحجوزات والمدفوعات والفواتير
بيانات تقنية
- رمز الإشعارات (Push token) لإرسال التنبيهات إلى جهازك
- نوع النظام واللغة
- الصور التي ترفعها: صور الوحدات، صورتك الشخصية، شعار المنشأة، صور الهويات
ما لا نجمعه
- لا أدوات تحليلات ولا تتبّع سلوك ولا تقارير أعطال تلقائية
- لا إعلانات ولا معرّفات إعلانية ولا مشاركة مع شبكات إعلانية
- لا بيانات بطاقات — الدفع يتم داخل متجر آبل أو جوجل، ولا تمرّ البطاقة بخوادمنا إطلاقًا
- لا موقع جغرافي ولا جهات اتصال ولا سجل مكالمات
٢. أذونات الجهاز ولماذا
- الإشعارات — لتنبيهك بالوصول والمغادرة ومهام التنظيف والمدفوعات المستحقّة.
- الميكروفون والتعرّف على الكلام — لسؤال المساعد صوتًا. التحويل إلى نص يتم عبر خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في نظام جهازك (آبل أو جوجل)، ويخضع لسياسة خصوصية مشغّل النظام. لا نسجّل صوتك ولا نحتفظ به.
- مكتبة الصور — لاختيار صور الوحدات والشعار والصورة الشخصية وصور الهويات. نصل فقط إلى ما تختاره أنت.
٣. لماذا نعالج هذه البيانات
- لتشغيل الخدمة التي اشتركت فيها: التقويم، الحجوزات، الفواتير، التقارير.
- لإرسال إشعارات تشغيلية عن حجوزاتك.
- للرد على بلاغات الأعطال التي ترسلها من داخل التطبيق.
- لإدارة اشتراكك والتحقق من عمليات الشراء.
لا نستخدم بياناتك ولا بيانات نزلائك لتدريب أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
٤. مع من تُشارَك
لا نبيع بياناتك. تُشارَك فقط بالقدر اللازم للتشغيل:
- Google Firebase — لتوصيل الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
- OpenAI — عند استخدامك المساعد الذكي فقط. يُرسَل سؤالك مع البيانات اللازمة للإجابة عليه. إن لم تستخدم المساعد، لا يُرسَل شيء.
- آبل / جوجل — لمعالجة الاشتراكات والتحقق من الشراء.
- مزوّد البريد — لإرسال رسائل إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور والرسائل الترحيبية.
- تسجيل الدخول بجوجل أو آبل — اختياري، وعندها نستلم اسمك وبريدك منهما فقط.
قد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا بذلك قانون نافذ، وسنخبرك ما لم يُمنع ذلك قانونًا.
٥. أين تُخزَّن
على خادم مخصّص في مانشستر، المملكة المتحدة، خلف اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS). قاعدة البيانات غير معرّضة للإنترنت. كلمات المرور مُجزّأة ولا يمكن استرجاعها.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق:
الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
- يُغلق الحساب فورًا: تُلغى كل الجلسات ويُرفض تسجيل الدخول.
- تُمحى البيانات نهائيًا بعد ٣٠ يومًا. هذه المهلة لتدارك الحذف بالخطأ — والمحذوف هو سجل حجوزات منشأة كاملة.
- خلال المهلة يمكنك مراسلتنا لاستعادة الحساب. بعدها لا يمكن استرجاعه.
حذف الحساب يشمل بيانات نزلائك المخزّنة فيه. احتفظ بنسخة عبر التصدير قبل الحذف إن احتجتها.
٧. حقوقك
- الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها من داخل التطبيق.
- تصدير حجوزاتك وتقاريرك بصيغة ملف.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك كما في البند السادس.
- سحب موافقتك بالتوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف الحساب.
- تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.
٨. الأطفال
الخدمة أداة أعمال موجّهة إلى مشغّلي العقارات، وليست موجّهة إلى من هم دون ١٦ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
٩. مسؤوليتك تجاه نزلائك
بالنسبة لبيانات نزلائك، أنت المتحكّم ونحن المعالِج. أنت مسؤول عن إبلاغ نزلائك وأخذ موافقتهم، خاصةً عند تخزين أرقام الهويات وصورها.
١٠. تغييرات هذه السياسة
عند أي تغيير جوهري سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه ونخطرك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy
Cloud Calendar by Infinity Design — last updated 14 September 2026
Cloud Calendar is a property and booking management tool. The data you enter about your guests and units belongs to you. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and never share it with another business.
What we collect
Your account: name, email, phone, hashed password, and your property's details (address, city, country, time zone, currency, logo), plus your last sign-in time.
Guest data you enter: name, phone, email, nationality, preferred language, optionally identity number and a photograph of an identity document, company, billing address, tax number, notes, and their bookings, payments and invoices. You are responsible for obtaining your guests' consent to this.
Technical: a push notification token, your platform and language, and the images you upload.
What we do not collect
- No analytics, behavioural tracking or automatic crash reporting
- No advertising, advertising identifiers or ad networks
- No card details — payment is handled inside the Apple or Google store and never touches our servers
- No location, contacts or call history
Device permissions
Notifications for arrivals, departures, cleaning tasks and payments due. Microphone and speech recognition to ask the assistant by voice — transcription is performed by your device's own operating-system service (Apple or Google) under their privacy policy; we neither record nor retain audio. Photo library for unit photos, your logo, your profile picture and identity documents; we access only what you pick.
Who it is shared with
- Google Firebase — to deliver notifications to your device
- OpenAI — only when you use the assistant. Your question and the data needed to answer it are sent. If you never use the assistant, nothing is sent.
- Apple / Google — subscription processing and purchase verification
- Our email provider — password resets and welcome messages
- Google or Apple sign-in — optional; we receive only your name and email
We do not use your data, or your guests' data, to train any AI model.
Where it is stored
On a dedicated server in Manchester, United Kingdom, over encrypted connections. The database is not exposed to the internet. Passwords are hashed and cannot be recovered.
Retention and deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. The account
closes immediately — all sessions are revoked and sign-in is refused — and the
data is erased permanently after 30 days. That window exists so an accidental
deletion can be undone; what is being deleted is a business's entire booking history.
Within it, contact us to restore the account. After it, recovery is not possible.
Your rights
Access and correct your data in the app, export your bookings and reports, delete your account and its data, withdraw consent by ceasing use and deleting the account, and complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This is a business tool for property operators. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your responsibility to your guests
For guest data you are the controller and we are the processor. You are responsible for informing your guests and obtaining their consent — particularly when storing identity numbers and identity photographs.
