The service

Cloud Calendar is a property and booking management app: occupancy calendar, bookings, guests, invoices, reports and housekeeping. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and your team's accounts.

Subscriptions and payment

• A free 30-day trial, with no payment method required.
• After that, a paid subscription is needed to keep adding and editing.
• Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple or Google store; billing, renewal and refunds are handled by them under their policies. We never receive or see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before the renewal date.
• Plan limits on units, users and properties are shown in the app.

Your data when a subscription ends

Lapsing does not delete or hide your data. Your calendar, bookings, guests and reports stay readable and exportable; only adding and editing stop until you renew.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, upload data you have no right to process — particularly guest identity documents without consent — attempt to reach another business's data or disrupt the service, or resell it without a written agreement.

Guest data

Data you enter about your guests is yours; we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting it. See the Privacy Policy.

The assistant

The assistant is an aid and its answers can be wrong. Do not rely on it alone for a financial or contractual decision — check the figures in your reports and invoices. It is available on certain plans with a monthly credit allowance.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may pause it for maintenance, and try to do so at quiet hours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account. It closes immediately and the data is erased after 30 days. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless legally prevented.

Changes

For any material change we will update the date above and notify you in the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
