You can also write to us from inside the app — the fastest route, because the message arrives with your app version and device: Settings → Report a problem or suggestion. That form works even if your trial or subscription has ended.

Common questions

My trial ended — have I lost my data?
No. Your calendar, bookings, guests and reports stay readable and exportable. Only adding and editing stop until you subscribe.

I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and a code is emailed to you. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.

How do I add a staff member?
Staff do not register themselves. You create their account from the Team screen and give them the email and password to sign in with. Creating an account from the sign-up screen would make a separate, empty estate.

How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal; your subscription keeps working until the paid period ends.

How do I connect Booking or Airbnb?
In Channels, add the iCal calendar link from that channel's dashboard and it syncs automatically.

How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. The account closes immediately and the data is erased after 30 days. Contact us within that time if you change your mind.
